The ProCert Academy supports companies and their employees in developing concrete and practically applicable competencies in the field of management systems.

The goal is to enable organizations to:

• Implement effective, relevant, and truly practical management systems
• Better understand the value and benefits of management standards, especially the ISO 9001 standard
• Sustainably strengthen the quality culture within the company
• Develop the professional competencies of managers and employees through practice-oriented training
• Have a reliable partner who offers expertise and solutions adapted to the local conditions.

E-learning with short learning modules
The e-learning modules are short, concise, and include interactive elements, specialist knowledge, and practical examples. Participants learn at their own pace, flexibly on laptop, tablet, or smartphone, wherever and whenever they want. The e-learning content initially focuses on the eduQua:2021 standard. Over the coming months, the offering will be gradually expanded to include further standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Expert’s view: free online event
The online events cover current and relevant topics from various fields. The online events, moderated by experts, provide a concise overview of practical issues. The recordings of the online events will be freely accessible.

Intra-company training
The training courses cover proven and highly sought-after topics, including internal audits, management reviews, HACCP and food fraud. Important: These standardised sessions, delivered at clients’ premises or online, are designed to ensure our impartiality at all times.

Qualifying standards training for new auditors
The multi-day training programmes span several weeks. They combine technical content with numerous interactive elements, case studies and practical exercises. These programmes are aimed in particular at prospective ProCert auditors. They are also open to anyone else interested in deepening their knowledge in a targeted manner.
