Food safety culture

The requirement for a food safety culture is now a legal obligation in the EU. Regulation (EU) 2021/382 of 3 March 2021, which includes requirements in the field of food safety culture, entered into force on 24 March. The ProCert management has created a tool based on a self-assessment with 12 key questions, that you can use free of charge in your organisation, as well as a new FAQ section. Read more here

Publication of new FSSC 22000 Version 7

The new FSSC 22000 standard was published on May 1, 2026 and audits are mandatory to be conducted according to this new Version 7 starting from May 1, 2027.

Überprüfung der Bestimmungsländer bei CoC

Im Rahmen des CoC-Audits überprüft der Auditor, wie das CoC-zertifizierte Unternehmen von seinen Lieferanten die vorgesehenen Bestimmungsländer verifiziert und ob die Schweiz (CHE) als Bestimmungsland hinterlegt ist. Dazu gibt es nun eine Vereinfachung.
