The entire audit and certification process for management system mandates (including BRC and IFS) will take place from January 1, 2017 via the new ProCert Portal, to which customers and auditors have access with a personal login.
All steps from the acceptance of the mandate to the certificate, including the reporting and the follow up of eventual non-conformities, are handled simply, transparently and comprehensibly through the ProCert portal.
