Ab dem 19. März 2024 müssen alle Bio-Exporte in die USA in der Global Organic Integrity Datenbank abgebildet werden
Ab dem 19. März 2024 müssen alle Bio-Exporte in die USA in der Global Organic Integrity Datenbank abgebildet werden (kurz: Integrity Datenbank). Dazu müssen Betriebe, welche Bio-Produkte in die USA exportieren, sich in der Integrity Datenbank registrieren und von ProCert freigegeben werden. Falls Sie Bio-Produkte in die USA exportieren, melden Sie sich vor dem ersten Export bei ProCert per E-Mail auf oder telefonisch +41 31 560 67 67.

Additional official controls on products originating from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russian Federation and China
The European Commission, with the "Guidelines on additional official controls on products originating from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Russian Federation" and the "Guidelines on additional official controls on products originating from China", dated 28.11.2019, revised the additional control and reporting measures for certain groups of organic products grown and processed in defined countries.
Switzerland shares its basic import provisions for organic products with the EU. Switzerland ims to maintain equivalent requirements and modalities with the European Union regarding mports from third countries and is focused on the prevention of pesticide residues and fraud in imported organic products.
Therefore, the Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) has decided that the revised control and eporting measures as described in the official letters of the European Commission for the ear 2019 shall also apply for imports to Switzerland, for the control bodies recognized by the FOAG as equivalent according to art. 23a of the Organic Farming Ordinance (SR 910.18) for Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the Russian Federation and China.

Additional control and reporting measures for certain groups of organic products grown and processed in defined countries
Measures for Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation will apply from 2018 onwards without time limit.
Switzerland shares its basic import provisions for organic products with the EU. Therefor, the Federal Office tor Agriculture (FOAG) has decided that the revised control and reporting measures as described in the official letter of the European Commission for the year 2018 shall also apply for imports to Switzerland, for the control bodies recognized by the FOAG as equivalent according to art. 23a of the Organic Farming Ordinance (SR 910.18) for Ukraine, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. Please note that the measures will apply from 2018 onwards without time limit.
