General Terms and Conditions
The "General Terms and Conditions" apply unless otherwise stated in the detailed invitations to tender.
ProCert decides at the registration deadline whether the course will be held on the basis of the number of participants registered (minimum number of participants in the call for applications).
Terms of payment
The invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellations must in any case be made in writing by post or email. Unless otherwise stated in the individual announcements or in the confirmation of receipt of the registration, the following regulation applies:
In case of cancellation after the registration deadline, or later than 2 weeks before the start of the course, half of the course costs will be charged, unless a substitute can be found. In any case, a processing fee of at least CHF 100.- will be charged.
In case of cancellation after the start of the course, in case of no-show or in case of interruption during the seminar or course, the full costs must be paid.
Accident insurance is the responsibility of the individual participants. ProCert declines all liability in this respect.
Programme and price changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme and prices as well as changes to the general invitation to tender.
Certificate of participation
Seminar and course participants will receive a confirmation after attending the seminar or course.
The didactic concept follows the principles of adult education. It combines discipline-oriented presentations with problem-oriented case studies and exercises in groups.
Seminar and course location
The seminar and course location will be announced in the invitation to tender.
The costs are included in the individual tenders. ProCert clients in the field of management system certification may benefit from preferential rates.
All persons and/or companies that have taken part in a ProCert course or seminar accept to receive promotional emails for future courses and seminars organised by ProCert.
